DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the cafe, including scheduling, inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized environment, staffing, and ensuring quality customer service.

Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring all customers are satisfied and their needs are met.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues that may arise and creating a welcoming and positive environment.

Recruit, train, supervise, and manage all employees, including front and back of house staff.

Monitor and manage expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and inventory.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality products.

Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation.

Collaborate with the head office to develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and drive customer traffic.

Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.

Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and other regular reports.

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.

Liaise with the Franchise Manager from head office for inspection and audit.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar position.

Strong English skills both written and spoken.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to understand other people and maintain a people-first attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.

Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management.

Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.

Knowledge of recruiting and staff management.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Good understanding of useful computer programs.

Currently living in Surabaya is preferred.

Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
